## **Key Responsibilities:** - Key Skills Required - High Impact Communication Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders clients and internal teams - Consultative Approach Ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs provide expert consultation and design customized compliance solutions - Project Management Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from scoping and planning to execution and deployment - Risk Management Expertise in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to regulatory compliance - Technology Integration Familiarity with software solutions platforms and tools - What We Are Looking For - Education Bachelor s degree in relevant field - A master s degree in management is a plus - Experience 12 years of experience in quality control quality assurance process excellence and related field - Certifications - o Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Certification - o Desirable Industry certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor PMP - Technical Knowledge Familiarity with RPA automation platforms ERP systems AI ML technologies process modeling tools - Domain Knowledge In depth Domain Knowledge in at least one industry domain - Work Location Cities - This position will be based at Bangalore Pune ## **Preferred Skills:** Quality
