That's where you come in! **REQUIREMENTS:** • Total experience: 10+ years. • Strong hands-on experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Application Modernization, and Cloud-Native Application Design. • Must-have expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Microservices Architecture. • Strong experience with Apache Camel, JMS, and messaging platforms such as ActiveMQ. • Expert-level knowledge of Docker containerization and Kubernetes/OpenShift orchestration platforms. • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, including Cluster Administration, Service Mesh, Pipelines, GitOps, Deployment Configurations, and Operators. • Strong understanding of Integration Architecture, Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), and Network Layer Design. • Experience migrating legacy Oracle Middleware and enterprise integration platforms to modern open-source and cloud-native technologies. • Hands-on experience implementing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security automation. • Strong knowledge of Service Mesh technologies such as Istio. • Experience with observability and monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace. • Experience with S3-compatible object storage solutions and large-scale enterprise data migration. • Strong expertise in designing secure on-premises container platforms with compliance and regulatory requirements. • Experience producing High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture documentation, and technical roadmaps. • Experience with enterprise API Gateway platforms such as Apigee, Kong, or WSO2 is preferred. • Preferred certifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Architecture, or DevSecOps. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, architectural governance, problem-solving, and communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Design and define scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solution architectures using Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. • Lead modernization and migration initiatives from legacy Oracle middleware platforms to microservices-based architectures. • Design enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel, JMS, ActiveMQ, and industry-standard integration patterns. • Architect and implement containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift. • Define deployment strategies leveraging GitOps, OpenShift Pipelines, Operators, and Deployment Configurations. • Design and implement Service Mesh architectures using technologies such as Istio. • Establish and drive DevSecOps practices by integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes. • Develop architecture standards, HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and implementation guidelines. • Define observability strategies using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace to ensure platform reliability and performance. • Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and design discussions across cross-functional engineering teams. • Design secure on-premises container platforms aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements. • Support enterprise data migration strategies, including S3-compatible storage integrations and platform modernization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and project leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Mentor development teams on cloud-native architecture, containerization, integration best practices, and enterprise architecture standards. • Drive continuous improvement of architecture, security, automation, scalability, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
