That's where you come in! **REQUIREMENTS:** - Total experience: **8–15 years**. - 2–5 years of Enterprise Architecture experience with 5–10 years in Solution/Application Architecture. - Strong hands-on experience in **Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture, and M&A Integration** programs. - Proven experience supporting **Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)**, application consolidation, and business transformation initiatives. - Expertise in assessing current-state application landscapes, technology inventories, integrations, and infrastructure across acquired organizations. - Strong experience defining **target-state architectures**, integration roadmaps, and application rationalization strategies. - Deep understanding of enterprise application ecosystems including **ERP, CRM, HR, PLM, Collaboration, and Integration platforms**. - Experience designing architectures across **SaaS, Cloud, and On-Premises** environments. - Strong knowledge of **Integration Architecture**, APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware, file-based integrations, and enterprise integration patterns. - Experience facilitating architecture workshops and managing senior business and IT stakeholders. - Hands-on experience producing executive-ready architecture deliverables including application portfolios, capability maps, technology landscapes, roadmaps, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). - Experience maintaining Enterprise Architecture repositories using tools such as **Ardoq, LeanIX, BizDesign**, or similar. - Exposure to Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as **TOGAF** is preferred. - Experience supporting **Day 1 Integration, TSA Exit, and Long-Term Integration** planning. - Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred. - Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, governance, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work UK/EU business hours with occasional flexibility for global stakeholders and travel for workshops. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Lead Enterprise Architecture activities across **M&A integration** and business transformation programs. - Assess current-state business applications, integrations, infrastructure, and data landscapes for acquired organizations. - Design target-state enterprise architectures and define strategic integration roadmaps. - Perform application portfolio assessments and identify consolidation, migration, coexistence, and retirement opportunities. - Conduct business capability mapping and identify technology gaps, overlaps, and integration priorities. - Support **Day 1, TSA Exit, and Long-Term Integration** planning activities. - Facilitate architecture workshops with business, technology, and executive stakeholders across acquiring and acquired organizations. - Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and business teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions. - Review solution architectures to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards and governance. - Create and maintain architecture artifacts including application landscapes, integration diagrams, capability maps, technology inventories, and architecture decision records. - Maintain Enterprise Architecture repositories and ensure architecture documentation remains current and accurate. - Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and operational impacts during integration initiatives. - Provide architectural governance and support implementation teams throughout integration programs. - Partner with business leaders, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of enterprise integration initiatives. - Drive architecture best practices while balancing strategic planning with pragmatic delivery. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
