**Key Skills:** WPF, .NET, Desktop Application, C#, MVVM, SQL **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications using C# and WPF. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver scalable software solutions. - Work on database design and development using SQL Server, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. - Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software quality. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning. - Lead project initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. **Skills Required:** - Strong expertise in C#, WPF, and .NET framework for desktop application development. - Knowledge of MVVM architecture and design patterns. - Proficiency in SQL Server database design, querying, and optimization. - Experience in software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. - Ability to review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues. - Understanding of software architecture and ability to drive technical decisions. - Knowledge of best coding practices, performance optimization, and software quality assurance. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. **Education:** Any Graduation in Computer Application, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Candidate Preference - **Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period**
