REQUIREMENTS: - Total experience: **9+ years**. - Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot and Spring Batch. - Must-have expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, including cluster architecture, administration, Service Mesh, Pipelines, GitOps, and deployment strategies. - Strong experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/OpenShift. - Hands-on experience with Apache Camel, JMS, and messaging platforms such as ActiveMQ. - Experience migrating legacy Oracle middleware and enterprise content management systems to cloud-native and open-source platforms. - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, network layer design, and integration patterns. - Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio. - Hands-on experience implementing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security automation. - Experience with observability and monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace. - Familiarity with S3-compatible object storage and large-scale data migration. - Strong experience in creating High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and driving architecture decisions. - Experience designing secure on-premises container platforms and implementing enterprise security architecture. - Good-to-have certifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Architecture, or DevSecOps. - Good-to-have experience with enterprise API gateways such as Apigee, Kong, or WSO2. - Experience working in regulated industries with stringent security and compliance requirements. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the architecture, modernization, and containerization of enterprise applications and integration platforms. - Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. - Drive migration of legacy Oracle middleware and enterprise content systems to modern open-source and cloud-native technologies. - Define enterprise integration architecture, messaging solutions, and network layer designs using Apache Camel, JMS, and ActiveMQ. - Design and implement secure container platforms leveraging OpenShift Service Mesh, Pipelines, GitOps, and Operators. - Establish DevSecOps best practices by integrating security automation and CI/CD pipelines into the software delivery lifecycle. - Design and implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace to ensure platform reliability. - Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and provide technical leadership to engineering teams. - Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements for on-premises container environments. - Evaluate and implement enterprise API management solutions such as Apigee, Kong, or WSO2 where applicable. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud-native architecture, container platforms, enterprise integration, and DevSecOps. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
