Job description

**Key Skills:** Global Operational Transfer Pricing, SAP Vistex, ICERTIS, Strategic Pricing, UAT, CPQ, Salesforce, Azure Devops, Stakeholder Management **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end pricing and quoting scenarios across Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems, including new agreements, agreement updates, product additions, pricing changes, and end-dating logic. - Coordinate functional integration across Salesforce CPQ, Optivision, SAP Vistex, ICERTIS, MuleSoft, and related enterprise systems. - Support pricing data management activities including pricebook maintenance, data correction, validation, and mapping support. - Contribute to end-to-end testing and UAT activities, including test scenario definition, execution support, and issue triage. - Provide day-to-day functional support by tracking issues, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with global commercial operations. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to analysts and project teams to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. - Support continuous improvement initiatives across pricing, quoting, and contract lifecycle processes. **Skills Required:** - Strong experience with SAP Vistex and Salesforce CPQ implementations and support. - Good understanding of strategic pricing, pricing strategy, and global operational transfer pricing processes. - Experience working with ICERTIS, contract lifecycle management, and integrated enterprise systems. - Hands-on experience in UAT planning, execution, and issue management. - Knowledge of enterprise integrations involving MuleSoft and related middleware technologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business systems analysis skills. - Experience with Azure DevOps and stakeholder management is an added advantage. - Ability to coordinate across cross-functional business and technology teams. **Education:** B.E. (Computer Science) or equivalent experience in IT business systems analysis and enterprise application integration.
