- We are seeking a highly experienced, confident, and technically authoritative **Principal IDAM End-to-End Solution Designer/Architect** to lead the design, governance, and delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions within a large-scale telecom environment. - The successful candidate will provide strategic technical leadership across the IDAM landscape, defining end-to-end identity journeys, integration patterns, security controls, and operational processes. - They will work closely with technology, cyber security, operations, cloud, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally effective identity solutions. - This is a senior leadership role requiring a self-driven individual who can quickly establish credibility, challenge existing approaches where appropriate, simplify complex solutions, and drive strategic outcomes aligned with security and regulatory requirements.
