Job Description - -------------- **Your Role** - ------------ * Manage and support enterprise print infrastructure across multiple business locations, ensuring high availability, performance, and service excellence. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers, print servers, print queues, and Windows-based printing services. * Oversee printer fleet operations, including device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and optimization. * Manage hardware lifecycle activities such as asset onboarding, refresh, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning. * Perform hardware testing, validation, and compatibility assessments for printers, drivers, firmware, and related devices. * Serve as the primary point of contact for print infrastructure-related communications with internal and external stakeholders. **Your Role** - ------------ * 6 to 10 years of experience in Print Infrastructure Management, End User Computing (EUC), or Device Management environments. * Experience with **Triumph-Adler printers** and **AQrate print management solutions** is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of enterprise print device management, monitoring, and support using Triumph-Adler and AQrate platforms. * Strong expertise in Windows Operating Systems, Print Servers, Printer Management, and Print Queue Administration. * Experience in managing enterprise printer fleets and print infrastructure across distributed environments. * Solid understanding of Hardware Lifecycle Management, including asset deployment, refresh, maintenance, and decommissioning. **What You Will Love Working at Capgemini** - ------------------------------------------ * Work on large-scale enterprise print and workplace technology environments supporting global clients. * Gain exposure to modern device lifecycle management, print infrastructure transformation, and operational excellence initiatives. * Enhance your expertise in Windows infrastructure, print services, hardware management, and IT service delivery. * Participate in high-impact projects focused on improving user experience, operational efficiency, and service performance. * Enjoy clear career growth opportunities across End User Computing, Infrastructure Services, and Digital Workplace domains. * Collaborate with diverse global teams in an inclusive, innovative, and people-centric work environment.
