**Job Title: Senior Process Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects** **Location:** Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai **Industry:** Oil & Gas – Onshore & Offshore **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Experience Level:** 10+ Years **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Senior Process Engineer** with over 10 years of experience to support **onshore and offshore oil & gas EPC projects**. The role involves leading process design activities, preparing key engineering deliverables, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical compliance and project execution excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and review of **PFDs, P&IDs**, heat and material balances, and process simulations. - Prepare and review process datasheets for major equipment and instruments. - Perform hydraulic and line sizing calculations, relief valve sizing, and flare system analysis. - Participate in safety studies such as **HAZOP, SIL, and QRA** and support risk assessments. - Ensure compliance with **API, ASME, IEC**, and other relevant international standards. - Coordinate with mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines throughout project phases. - Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering for EPC oil & gas projects (onshore/offshore). - Proficient in process simulation tools such as **Aspen HYSYS, Pro II, or equivalent**. - Strong knowledge of industry codes and client specifications. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
