Process Engineer (Outdoor)

**About The Role** Carrier is seeking a **Process Engineer (Outdoor)** to support Outdoor Unit (ODU) manufacturing operations. This role focuses on process improvement, productivity enhancement, quality support, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient production performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Support and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity - Analyze manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions - Support new product introduction (NPI) and process implementation - Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications - Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects - Follow safety regulations and manufacturing procedures **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field - 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering; fresh graduates are welcome - Knowledge of HVAC or air conditioning manufacturing is an advantage - Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and teamwork skills - Good command of English - Able to work rotating shifts (Day/Night) ****Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
