**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, implement, and maintain process excellence frameworks to improve operational efficiency across finance processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using SAP HANA and Power BI tools. - Develop and execute workflow automation projects to streamline financial operations, reducing manual errors and improving productivity. - Provide analytics insights to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, identifying opportunities for further optimization. **Job Requirements :** - 5-7 years of experience in Process Excellence Analyst role within the Financial Services industry. - Strong understanding of SAP HANA systems and ability to leverage its capabilities for process improvements. - Proficiency in Power BI toolset, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
