Process Excellence Executive - Control Tower

Team members collaborate across functions to support the company’s vision of shaping the future of sleep through high-quality, accessible solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate effectively with Mother Warehouse, Logistics, Last Mile, Customer Experience Team (CET), Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor end-to-end order flow and ensure timely follow-up on all operational activities. - Track shipments, escalations, and pending actions, ensuring prompt resolution. - Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and dashboards using MS Excel. - Highlight operational issues in real time and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution. - Ensure accurate system updates and maintain data integrity. - Support daily operational KPIs by driving timely execution and effective coordination. - Follow up proactively with stakeholders to minimize delays and improve service levels. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. - Basic SAP knowledge will be an added advantage. - Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills. - Good analytical and problem-solving ability. - High level of ownership, accountability, and urgency. - Quick learner with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
