🌟We are conducting virtual Interviews for ***Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement Specialist / operational excellence*** at Tata Consultancy Services @TCS Chennai. 🔵 JD - ***Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement Specialist / operational excellence*** ***Desired Candidate Profile*** - current profile should consist of 80% of their time in core Process Excellence and 20% in domain-related expertise. - Overall, **10 -20** + years of relevant experience in Process Improvements, preferably ***for BFSI domain.*** - Should be **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified** . - Good understanding & experience in BFSI domain along with skills to enhance Process performance. - \\* **80% operational excellence and 20% operations /delivery exposure** \\* **Only We are looking for 0 - 30 days of Joiners** . ***Job Description:*** - Identify Process Improvement opportunities, develop plans to execute Lean Six Sigma projects in consultation with Delivery leads - Work with Delivery Leads to quantify gains, conduct feasibility studies, assist business case preparation, support solution deployment, drive CI culture - Programming of high impact organization wide program for the organization & its clients - Support Delivery in SLA Conformance Management, new Process Transition, and associated deliverables - Facilitate Agile Way of Working Culture within Delivery Organization - Create re-useable assets in form of Case Studies and deploy Knowledge Management practices - Support in Transformation Solutions build for RFPs & RFIs. - Practice in Consulting & Due diligence projects as per opportunity. 🚫"TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment & selection process.
