**Role & responsibilities** **1.** **Process Support & Compliance** - Follow defined SOPs rigorously and proactively highlight any process gaps with supporting evidence to the Quality Manager - Suggest and work on small improvements based on daily operations - Support implementation of process changes; act as the first point of contact for floor-level queries during transitions **2.** **Error Tracking & Basic Analysis** - Record and track errors in processes using standardised error-tracking templates; update records daily - Assist in identifying reasons for errors using basic RCA tools (5-Why, simple cause-effect - Support the team in reducing repeat issues; maintain a repeat-error log and track closure of corrective actions **3.** **Quality Checks & Reporting** - Perform regular checks on process quality as per the sampling plan defined - Ensure tasks are completed accurately with a focus on FTR - Maintain accurate records of quality checks and errors **4.** **Project Assistance** - Assist in quality-related projects and initiatives; own assigned data collection workstreams end-to-end - Collect data and provide inputs for analysis - Support execution of improvement plans **5.** **Change Adaptation & Stakeholder Coordination** - Adapt to new processes and systems quickly - Support team members in following updated practices - Coordinate actively with key stakeholders across departments (operations, sales, collections, customer service) to gather quality data, address floor-level issues **Preferred Candidate Profile** - 2+ years of experience in operations, quality, or a process-driven role in ***BFSI industry*** - Lean Six Sigma White Belt or Yellow Belt certification is preferred - Prior experience in financial services (lending operations, customer service, collections), GCC or manufacturing is preferred - Good analytical mindset and attention to detail; comfortable working with data and tracking tools - Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicate quality findings clearly to non-quality stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools. *If interested, kindly share your resumes to amirthaa@sundaramfinance.in*
