Process Maintenance Team Lead-OSD Plant

Job description

- Plan, review, and ensure execution of preventive maintenance schedules in line with cGMP practices. - Monitor and review maintenance records for preventive and breakdown activities of equipment such as FBD, FBP, RMG, coating, compression, capsule, blister etc. - Manage day-to-day breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions. - Maintaining records for Preventive maintenance activities. - Maintaining records for machine breakdown activities. - Carrying out of machine break down analysis to identify repeatedly occurring problems. - Automation activities for machines/systems for better quality, higher productivity and good manufacturing practices - Imparting SOPs and cGMP trainings. - Ensuring audit documentation for internal and external audits. - Monitoring of Execution work of process equipment related installation, commissioning & Qualification. - Plan and manage material requirements, coordinate with stores and control inventory.
