**Role Summary** **JOB DESCRIPTION** The incumbent will be responsible for managing and driving the organization’s Performance Management System (PMS) processes and employee survey initiatives across assigned geographies. The role involves execution and governance of appraisal cycles, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee engagement surveys, while ensuring process effectiveness, stakeholder alignment, data accuracy, and HRMS optimization. **Work Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and closure activities. - Coordinate with HRBPs, business leaders, and employees to ensure timely and accurate completion of appraisal cycles. - Support succession planning and talent review processes by collating talent data, preparing dashboards, and facilitating review discussions. - Manage calibration and talent identification processes to ensure consistency and fairness across teams. - Drive HRMS-based PMS workflows, automation initiatives, system testing, and process enhancements. - Partner with HRMS/vendor teams for implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of PMS and talent management modules. - Design, launch, and manage employee surveys including dipstick surveys, employee satisfaction surveys, engagement surveys, and pulse checks. - Analyze survey results, derive actionable insights, and prepare management presentations and dashboards. - Monitor employee experience metrics and recommend interventions to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness. - Ensure survey confidentiality, governance, and adherence to timelines. - Create communication plans, user guides, FAQs, and training materials for PMS and survey processes. - Support audit requirements, data validations, and reporting related to performance and employee experience processes. - Continuously identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and employee experience improvement. **Key Success Metrics (KPIs)** - Timely and accurate completion of PMS cycles - Adoption and effectiveness of PMS processes and HRMS workflows - Quality and accuracy of talent review and succession planning data - Employee participation rates in surveys - Improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction metrics - Stakeholder satisfaction and process adherence - Automation and process efficiency improvements **Desired Skills & Competencies** - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Advanced Excel and presentation skills - Experience in HRMS tools and workflow management - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Attention to detail with strong process orientation - Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously - High ownership and execution capability - Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement orientation **Minimum Experience Requirements:** - Minimum 3 years of overall HR experience - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PMS, Talent Management, or Employee Experience processes - Experience in managing appraisal cycles and talent review discussions - Experience in employee surveys and engagement analytics - Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and PMS modules - Experience in HR analytics, dashboards, or automation initiatives preferred **About The Team** eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
