**Role & responsibilities** - Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refreshers for associates. - Develop, update, and maintain training content, SOPs, and cross-training materials. - Prepare training plans, reports, and dashboards. - Deliver client-specific training programs and certifications. - Analyze QA trends and conduct targeted coaching/training to address performance gaps. - Evaluate training needs, set learning goals, and track completion milestones.
