Job description

**Role & responsibilities** : - Developing procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets. - Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand purchase requirements. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and contractors. - Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. - RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids commercially, and negotiation. - Issuance of purchase orders and contracts in compliance to legal and finance teams. - Monitoring procurement costs and ensure adherence to budgetary limits. - Support cost-saving initiatives and value engineering efforts. - Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and statutory regulations. - Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and audit trails. - Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and risk assessments.
