We believe in Confidence over all skin & body biases. **Come, join the pack!** **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **Packaging Procurement Manager** to lead the packaging function across our portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. This role will be responsible for driving packaging innovation, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and packaging commercialization for new product launches. The incumbent will work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Design teams to build scalable, consumer-centric packaging solutions that support business growth in a fast-paced D2C/FMCG environment. **What You'll Do** • Lead the end-to-end packaging strategy, development, commercialization, and sourcing across all product categories. • Drive packaging innovation by identifying new materials, formats, decoration technologies, sustainable packaging solutions, and global industry trends. • Build and execute the packaging roadmap aligned with business objectives, product pipeline, and brand strategy. • Develop and manage strategic relationships with packaging suppliers, converters, manufacturers, and technology partners. • Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiations, onboarding, and performance management to ensure quality, innovation, scalability, and commercial competitiveness. • Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality, aesthetics, or consumer experience. • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Design, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely execution of new product launches. • Oversee packaging development, sampling, artwork approvals, validation, testing, tooling, and commercialization activities. • Establish packaging specifications, quality standards, testing protocols, and governance processes across the organization. • Lead packaging risk assessments and ensure business continuity through supplier diversification and contingency planning. • Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing packaging waste, improving recyclability, increasing recycled content, and evaluating environmentally responsible materials. • Monitor packaging performance, manufacturing efficiency, consumer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve packaging solutions. • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing packaging team while fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation. **What We're Looking For** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Strong expertise in packaging development, packaging engineering, and commercialization across beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG products. • Deep understanding of packaging materials including tubes, bottles, jars, pumps, droppers, closures, labels, cartons, flexible packaging, mono cartons, corrugated packaging, and secondary packaging. • Strong knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes, tooling, decoration technologies, packaging specifications, and supplier capabilities. • Strong understanding of packaging regulations, quality standards, sustainability practices, and packaging compliance. • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously in a dynamic, high-growth environment. **Preferred Experience** • 5–12 years of experience in Packaging Development, Packaging Engineering, Packaging Procurement, Packaging Innovation, or Packaging Commercialization. • Prior leadership experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or D2C organizations.
