Zepto Cafe extends our commitment to convenience, featuring a curated menu of over 200 fresh items. **Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :** **Capex & Opex Procurement** - Manage end-to-end procurement for infrastructure Capex and Opex categories. - Lead sourcing and commercial negotiations for Interior Fit-outs, HVAC systems, Cold Rooms, Lifts, Conveyors, Electrical, Civil, MEP, Furniture, and other infrastructure-related categories. - Handle Opex procurement including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Housekeeping, Facility Management, Pest Control, Security Services, and other facility-related requirements. - Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and timely procurement while maintaining quality and delivery standards. **Repair & Maintenance** - Manage procurement requirements related to Repair & Maintenance (R&M) across infrastructure assets. - Develop rate contracts and ensure timely availability of vendors for breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities. **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** - Ensure compliance with the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including PR validation, RFQ management, bid analysis, PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and payment coordination. - Work closely with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth procurement execution. **Vendor Management** - Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop strategic vendor partnerships. - Conduct commercial negotiations, vendor performance reviews, and periodic business reviews. - Build alternate vendor networks to improve competitiveness and supply continuity. **Stakeholder Management** - Collaborate with Business, Projects, Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely execution. - Act as a trusted procurement partner by balancing commercial objectives with business needs. **Audit & Compliance** - Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, governance standards, and audit requirements. - Maintain complete procurement documentation, contracts, approvals, and supporting records. - Support internal and external audits and drive process compliance. **Are you who we're searching for** - Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Mba in construction management or suppy chain is a plus. - 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management. - Prior experience in Quick Commerce, Retail, or E-commerce organizations. - Proven experience managing both Capex and Opex procurement categories with a strong track record in cost optimization and vendor management.
