JD for Procurement Supervisor Location – Kharkhoda Experience – 2 – 9 Years Education - Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with experience of only Procurement Designation – JE/SE Job Responsibilities 1. Procurement and storage of Indirect consumables. 2. Material receiving and issue online as per as per maintenance requirement. 3. Regular updates to management for inventory level, perpetual inventory and production. 4. Monitoring production process to meet the timely completion of requirement within budget. 5. Ensuring requisite availability of material, manpower and equipment. 6. Compliance of material planning and procurement rules, considering Environmental compliances as well. 7. Negotiation with suppliers to secure advantageous terms. 8. Receipt and approval of parts and services as per Procurement Guidelines. 9. Performing risk assessment on potential contracts with suppliers. **10. Preparing budget yearly:** Revenue and Capital. 11. Responsible for Vendor payment clearance. 12. Responsible for PO creation, GRN, quality inspection and material distribution in SAP Hana. 13) Responsible for discussion IT system issue with concern department. 14) 100% budget utilization quarterly basis. 15) Item code creation as per requirement. 16) handling the department admin related responsibility. 17) prepare the Inventory and submit to management quarterly basis. 18) Arrange the material from other plant during Breakdown. 19) Responsible for RGP Tracking in SAP Hana. Competencies / Skills 1. Hands on Procurement & Store experience 2. Material Layout planning & FIFO knowledge **3. Process Skills:** Material handling while receiving and issuing in SAP Hana 4. Sound knowledge of material requirement planning and related softwares (SAP Hana , SAP Ariba and proficient in MS-office). 5. In depth knowledge of preparing & reviewing contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms as per Procurement Guidelines. 6. Manpower management skill. 7. Knowledge of Machine maintenance 8. Sound Knowledge of P2P process. 9. Knowledge of PR creation and RFQ process in SAP Ariba.
