Job Description What Does Success Look Like We are looking for a Product Designer I who is early in their product design career and ready to grow in a fast-paced enterprise software environment. This role is well suited for candidates with strong academic, internship, campus placement, startup, SaaS, agency, bootcamp, freelance, or early professional product design experience. You will support the design of enterprise software experiences using Sprinklr’s design system, AI-first workflows, and emerging agentic design patterns. You will help create clear, trustworthy experiences where software can understand user intent, recommend next steps, and help users move from insight to action more efficiently. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and senior designers to create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that are intuitive and easy to use. The ideal candidate is developing foundational product design skills, is curious about how people use complex software, and is comfortable learning through feedback, iteration, and collaboration. They should have exposure to modern AI-powered user experiences through coursework, internships, projects, personal exploration, or early professional work, and be eager to build practical understanding of usability, interaction design, accessibility, human-in-the-loop experiences, and agentic systems. They will support research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, workflow reviews, or synthesis of customer insights, and translate those insights into clear design recommendations with guidance from senior design partners. What You’ll Do • Use Sprinklr’s design system, product patterns, and AI-first tools to create clear design explorations for assigned enterprise workflows. Partner with senior and principal designers to understand user needs, explore interaction options, and translate direction into well-structured user journeys. • Bring designs to life through wireframes, clickable prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity screens that show how users move through AI-powered and agentic experiences. Apply reusable design system components to support consistency, clarity, accessibility, and polish across assigned product areas. • Build strong working relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and other cross-functional partners. Clarify requirements, gather feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and respond to implementation details or design issues with support from senior design partners when needed. • Support user research and user experience activities, including client interviews, usability testing, workflow reviews, and observation of users on the platform. Help capture findings and connect research insights to design decisions, including opportunities for AI assistance, automation, user control, and human oversight. • Collaborate with senior and principal designers throughout the design process, gather input, and align on a clear design direction. Be open to feedback and critique, and communicate design decisions clearly to Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders. • Share work regularly, incorporate feedback quickly, and continue refining designs until they are clear, usable, technically feasible, and aligned with the intended user outcome. What Makes You Qualified • Experience creating software product design work through internships, campus placements, academic projects, bootcamp projects, freelance work, agency work, startup experience, or early professional experience. • Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) tools, AI-powered user experiences, or agentic design concepts through coursework, internships, projects, personal exploration, or early professional work, with curiosity about intelligent recommendations, automation, explainability, user control, and human-in-the-loop patterns. • Exposure to user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, competitive reviews, workflow analysis, or synthesis of qualitative insights into design recommendations. • Passionate about user journey
