**Job Role:** As an UI Designer at ICICI Lombard, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user interfaces for our digital insurance products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a vital role in driving the design strategy to deliver user-centric digital solutions. Applicants should have strong interest in creating user interface applications with pixel perfect look, feel designs and implementation. The candidate should also have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. **Responsibilities:** • Think, argue, analyse, strategize and iterate. • Have an eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity. • From a brief, produce concepts for layouts and develop these concepts based on feedback given. •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and industry trends in the Insurtech sector. • Have a keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, etc. •Apply strategic design thinking to Insurtech problems and create solutions, roadmaps that prioritize seamless and user-centric digital experiences aligned with ICICI Lombard's objectives. •Transform complex insurance concepts into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints. • Create UI designs, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. • Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, considering technical constraints and platform requirements. • Create wireframe specifications/UI (complete with annotation) for developers to implement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides to promote consistency and streamline design workflows. • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging design trends, and relevant technologies in the Insurtech and digital insurance landscape. **Requirements:** • 4-6 years of experience in UI design for Senior role. • 1-4 years of experience in UI design for Junior role. • Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/ UI design and usability. •A keen aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for crafting visually appealing designs to high levels of detail. • Proficiency in popular design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Miro, XMind, Moqups and similar software. • Expert in designing web, mobile and tablet friendly applications (iOS and Android). • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts, share user research findings, and explain design rationale to stakeholders. • Familiarity with agile development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Capability to perform tasks independently as well as motivating team members to take ownership in their respective work areas. • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS and HTML, JavaScript skills. • A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions. • A portfolio showcasing your design expertise and contributions to user-centered design solutions and digital products. **• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience.**
