Job Profile: Product Designer Location: Bengaluru- Hybrid Years of Experience: 1-3 Years About the role: As a Product Designer for Toing, you will lead end-to-end design for high-impact projects, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable internal systems. Because our target audience is Gen Z, you’ll craft meaningful, delightful, and trend-setting experiences. We value innovation, high engagement, and a healthy dose of fun. What qualities are we looking for? • 1-3 years of experience in B2C product design • Has delivered impactful and well-crafted design solutions previously.  • Should have a sound understanding of interaction design and prototyping tools.  • Great at collaboration with engineers, knows how to handoff and deliver pixel-perfect output • Should have worked in a fast-paced organisation.  • Is proactive and takes ownership • Attention to detail and a great aesthetic sense are a must! • Knows how to work with design systems - framework lead design approach  What will you get to do here? • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, PMM, Merchandising, ops, sales, engineering, analysts etc) • Innovate where necessary and reuse where possible  • Uphold Swiggy and Toing’s bar of excellence and eventually raise it • Bring impact with well crafted and intuitive UX outputs   "We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law"
