**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Conduct field trials to test the efficacy of pesticides, insecticides, and agrochemicals. - Develop new products by conducting research on formulation, packaging, and labeling. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product registration. - Analyze data from field trials to identify trends and areas for improvement in product performance. **Job Requirements :** - 2-20 years of experience in entomology, agronomy, or related fields such as agrochemistry or pest management. - Strong understanding of pesticide chemistry, including insecticides and agrochemicals. - Experience with product development processes, including formulation, packaging, and labeling. - Knowledge of regulations governing the use of pesticides in agriculture.
