**Product Development Manager – Hardware** **Bangalore** | **1–3 Years** | **Native by Urban Company** Want to build products that millions of Indians use every day? Native, the hardware division of Urban Company, is looking for a **Product Development Manager** to work on next-generation consumer hardware across water purifiers, smart home devices, and more. What you'll do: - Drive end-to-end new product development—from concept, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing to launch. - Improve existing products through design enhancements, quality improvements, and cost optimization (COGS). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to build world-class hardware. We're looking for: - B.Tech from **IIT, BITS, or other top engineering institutes** - **1–3 years** of experience in hardware product development (EV, consumer appliances, wearables, energy, etc.) - Strong understanding of mechanical & electronic components, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management. - Curious problem-solvers who love building exceptional products.
