**Product Director - Digital Health** We are seeking a Product Director Digital Health to lead design, development of digital products across integrated ecosystem of clinics, diagnostic centres, and wellness services in India. The candidate should bring deep healthcare domain expertise, product leadership experience, and a proven ability to build scalable digital platforms in complex, regulated environments within Indian Healthcare context. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define end-to-end digital health product vision aligned with organizational growth across clinics, diagnostics, and wellness services 2. Visualize & build roadmap for integrated patient journeys 3. Identify digital health services to be offered based on the evolving market trends 4. Engage with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. 5. Anchor requirement workshops with business stakeholders 6. Convert business & operational requirements into scalable product features 7. Own & manage product vision, roadmap, backlog across multiple workstreams 8. Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and healthcare industry standards. 9. Lead Build vs Buy vs Partner evaluations, competitive benchmarking and ecosystem analysis 10. Collaborate with Technology & Delivery teams in product implementation & evaluation and ensuring enabling interoperability across systems 11. Identify opportunities for AI/ML usecase applicability 12. Collaborate with Security & legal teams to ensure alignment with compliance & industry mandates 13. Analyse evolving healthcare and digital health to identify emerging business models that can be adopted Qualifications & Skills: 1. Medical graduate or MBA in Hospital Management. 2. 15-20 years of experience, with significant exposure to healthcare product management, digital health platforms & healthcare IT transformation 3. Proven experience in working on digital platforms supporting (B2C, B2B2C, or provider platforms) 4. Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, workflows, and compliance requirements. 5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 6. Ability to translate complex healthcare needs into scalable product solutions. 7. Experience in building telehealth or preventive care platforms
