We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Product Manager for AI Content Framework to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-driven product portfolio, serving as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and our advanced AI engineering team. Responsibilities • Collaborate with business leaders, domain experts, and end-users to discover, define, and document comprehensive business requirements • Evaluate business problems through an AI lens to determine whether they are best solved via deterministic software, traditional ML, or generative AI/agentic workflows • Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, balancing short-term business wins with long-term technical architecture sustainability • Partner with the AI Development Lead to deconstruct high-level product features into comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures • Write highly descriptive, value-driven Epics and User Stories, and define clear Acceptance Criteria that account for the non-deterministic nature of AI outputs • Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on ROI, user impact, and technical dependencies defined by the engineering lead • Translate complex business rules and industry domain knowledge into logic that AI engineers can use to build agent prompts, tools, and cognitive routing • Work with the engineering team to define success criteria for AI agents, helping establish performance benchmarks, evaluation datasets, and user feedback loops • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, acting as the voice of the customer Requirements • 10-15 years of overall experience in IT, with a proven track record in Product Management, owning Product Roadmap and Product Vision • Extensive experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile or SAFE environments • Understanding of Generative AI, LLM capabilities, RAG, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration • Knowledge of AI Solutions and AI Content Framework development • Competency in AI Risk management • Proven ability to map business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and quantify the ROI of automation features • Comfort with managing product lifecycles for non-deterministic software where AI outputs are not always fully predictable • Proven track record of breaking down complex enterprise requirements into logical, incremental software delivery phases using an MVP approach • Exceptional ability to explain technical AI constraints to business users and business nuances to technical engineers Nice to have • Prior experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager for data science, machine learning, or generative AI products • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) designation • Background in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis with a later specialization in AI/ML products We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
