**Key Skills:** Agile, Product Manager, Analytics, Product Owner, Data Analytics, Stakeholder Management, Reporting **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and readiness for delivery. - Define product requirements and translate them into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Work in an Agile/Scrum delivery model to drive execution, iteration, and continuous improvement. - Coordinate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on scope, timelines, and outcomes. - Leverage data analytics to support product decisions, measure impact, and refine roadmap priorities. **Skills Required:** - 6 - 9 years of experience in product management/product ownership, preferably in banking domain - Strong experience in Agile / Scrum - Hands-on experience managing Product Backlogs - Experience creating PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria - Strong Data Analytics and analytical skills - Experience using data to support product decisions - Strong Stakeholder Management skills - Experience working with business and technology teams - Good understanding of product roadmap and prioritization - Experience in product delivery and continuous improvement Good to Have: - Banking / Financial Services domain experience - Knowledge of Reporting and Business Intelligence - Experience with Jira / Agile tools - Knowledge of product performance metrics and dashboards **Education:** Relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
