**Job Title: Product Manager – Lab Services** This role owns the definition and evolution of standardized lab operations and Lab-as-a-Service offerings for engineering and OEM environments. It focuses on building scalable, automated, and cost-efficient lab capabilities that support rapid provisioning, testing, and lifecycle management of complex hardware and software stacks. The role designs service tiers, automation-first workflows, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality lab operations across locations. It drives consolidation and virtualization strategies to maximize utilization and encourage repeatable, catalog-based delivery. By partnering with delivery, tooling, and OEM ecosystem teams, the role ensures the offering keeps pace with new technologies, tools, and testing needs while remaining commercially competitive. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enable presales with repeatable solution kits, sizing models, proposal templates, and GTM collateral. - Drive pricing, consumption, and cost-recovery models for on-demand and subscription-based lab usage. - Define standardized lab service catalogues covering provisioning, configuration, testing, lifecycle management, and decommissioning across diverse engineering and OEM use cases. - Continuously evolve the portfolio based on technology trends, OEM roadmaps, and customer demand. - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Lab Services, from definition and validation to global rollout and optimization. - Design automation-led workflows enabling rapid lab setup, reconfiguration, and teardown with minimal manual intervention and high operational consistency. - Develop flexible pricing and consumption models supporting both on-demand shared labs and dedicated customer-specific lab environments. - Drive lab consolidation and virtualization initiatives to improve asset utilization, reduce footprint, and lower operational costs. - Establish governance, access control, and change management frameworks ensuring secure, auditable, and policy-compliant lab usage. - Create reusable blueprints and reference architectures for networking, compute, and hybrid cloud-integrated lab deployments. - Track utilization, quality, turnaround time, and defect metrics to continuously refine and optimize the service offering. - Enable sales and presales with standardized solution kits, sizing guidelines, and proposal templates for faster deal cycles. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science. - Ability to translate engineering needs into standardized, commercial offerings. - Comfortable operating across product strategy, GTM, and executive stakeholder forums. - 10–12 years in lab/testbed, or infrastructure operations. - Experience with orchestration/automation tools and lab management platforms. - Strong understanding of domain specific standards, networking, Linux flavors, Virtualization, servers, storage, and firmware lifecycle. - Exposure to cloud-integrated or hybrid lab environments preferred. **Specifics:** - Productization and standardization role for lab environments. - Strong focus on automation and self-service enablement. - Close collaboration with OEMs, cloud providers, automation teams, and presales.
