Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints within TAT and adhering to regulatory commitments. **Key Responsibilities** **Product Management** Enhance product features as per market needs. Introduce and improve policies and processes. **Budgets & Profitability** Track budgets, profitability, and key financial metrics. Take corrective actions for deviations from plans. **Portfolio Management** Monitor portfolio growth and EOP movements. Verify sudden movements in ALM or portfolio. **Channel Management** Liaise with internal and external channels. Track and analyze channel performance. Support sales team with trackers and training. **Performance Management** Design and review scorecards aligned with objectives. Monitor team performance using productivity trackers. Guide team to improve performance. **Complaint Management** Resolve customer complaints within TAT. Ensure customer satisfaction in complaint resolution. **Analytics** Identify opportunities through pre-qualified campaigns. **Marketing Activities and Campaigns** Drive lead generation via email and SMS campaigns. Conduct visibility drives for channels. **Cross-Sell** Promote cross-sell for LAP, FD, CASA, and insurance. Drive sales team for insurance sourcing via partners. **System Issues and Enhancements** Streamline and automate systems and processes.
