We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for our end-to-end settlement platform. In this role, you will work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and engineering teams to define, build, and scale the systems that power partner settlement, payout, and core finance operations. Responsibilities • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Coupang's end-to-end settlement and payout platform • Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions • Drive end-to-end product execution with engineering teams, from requirements definition and design through development, launch, and iteration • Build robust, auditable, and configurable settlement systems that support diverse business models, fee structures, promotions, and market expansion • Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., settlement accuracy, reconciliation latency, dispute rate, payout timeliness) and continuously optimize platform performance • Improve transparency and trust in settlement calculations by building tools, reporting, and diagnostics for internal teams and external partners • Manage trade-offs between speed, accuracy, compliance, and operational overhead while maintaining a high bar for financial integrity • Lead prioritization and communicate roadmap decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • The person may have to travel to Korea on an as-needed basis Requirements • 10-14 years of experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling complex systems and building products • Background in finance, accounting, fintech, payments, or marketplace/retail platforms preferred • Experience working on financial systems, settlement, payout, reconciliation, or related domains • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly comfortable with data and metrics • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and business teams • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate in ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • Business fluency in English; Korean language skills are a plus Nice to have • MBA, Engineering or relevant advanced degree • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or two-sided platform businesses • Familiarity with accounting, tax, treasury, or compliance workflows in a multinational environment • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and platform-oriented product development
