Positi **on: Product Manager** Experien **ce: 10+ years** Locati **on: Bangalore/ Hyderabad** **Role Overview** The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of Asset Finance products. This role will work closely with clients, implementation teams, engineering, design, sales, and support teams to ensure the product meets end‑to‑end business needs across the complete asset finance lifecycle. The Product Manager will act as the bridge between business, technology—ensuring product capabilities align with market needs, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, while enabling successful implementations and long-term product adoption. **Required Skillset:** **Domain & Industry Expertise** - Strong knowledge of Financial Services systems, preferably within **Asset Finance, Leasing, Lending, or Retail Banking** . - Understanding of end-to-end asset finance business processes and operating models. - Experience supporting enterprise-scale financial software products used by external clients. **Product & Delivery Experience** - Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Consultant transitioning into product ownership. - Hands-on experience working across multiple software development and deployment life cycles (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.). - Ability to define, prioritize, and deliver product features that meet both client needs and long-term product goals. **Client-Centric Mindset** - Strong experience managing client expectations and influencing outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments. - Ability to operate calmly and decisively in challenging or crisis situations. - Willingness to engage deeply, stay hands-on, and ensure outcomes are achieved—not just tracked. **Expectations from Product manager:** **Product Strategy & Ownership** - Work with HCA on the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Asset Finance solutions across the full contract lifecycle (origination, contract management, accounting, collections, asset management, and end‑of‑life). - Translate business, regulatory, and client needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized features. - Balance short-term client implementation needs with long-term product strategy and scalability goals. **Client & Stakeholder Engagement** - Engage directly with business in a consultative, client-facing capacity to understand business models, operating processes, and pain points. - Work with the Implementation teams to ensure product capabilities are effectively configured and adopted during client engagements. - Act as a product subject-matter expert in discussions with clients, internal leadership, and external stakeholders. - Support pre-sales, solutioning, and scope definition activities as required. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, QA, and Delivery teams to ensure requirements are well understood, feasible, and implemented with quality. - Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Support teams to identify product gaps, enhancements, and recurring client issues. - Participate in agile and hybrid delivery models, ensuring alignment across product discovery, development, and deployment phases. **Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management** - Ensure the product supports multiple implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models). - Prioritize and manage product enhancements, defect resolution, and technical dependencies. - Monitor product performance, client feedback, and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Support second-level issue triage by providing functional guidance and prioritization input. **Governance & Risk Management** - Manage product risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while steering challenging situations toward positive outcomes. - Ensure product compliance with financial services regulations and industry standards. - Manage client and internal expectations through transparent communication and structured decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications** - 10+ years experience - Experience working with Asset Finance platforms (e.g., contract origination, servicing, accounting engines). - Background in product roles within enterprise or SaaS financial services organizations. - Prior exposure to Professional Services or implementation-led product environments. **TCS Eligibility Criteria:** - \\*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 6 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification. - \\*Only Full-Time courses would be considered. - \\*Candidates who have attended TCS interview within 1 month need not apply. *Referrals are always welcome!!!*
