**About the Company** TCS, Benchmark TCS iON PAPER product with other products and analyze the gap. **About the Role** Analyse customer needs and design a generic implementation. **Responsibilities** - Build USP’s for the product in Indian market and International market - Define / track / deliver product deliverables as part of Product Roadmap - Customer Presentations on key capabilities - Supporting User Acceptance Testing of the product - Review the UI and suggest improvements - Analytics at various eco system level such as Item level analytics, Assessment level analytics, Candidate analytics etc - Apply design thinking principles in defining new product capabilities - Product releases - Competitor Analysis & Ability to research and provide good product insight
