Job Description **Role & Responsibilities:** - Manage and grow the assigned automotive product line. - Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Line Expansion activities. - Perform market, competitor, pricing, and gap analysis. - Manage product lifecycle, profitability, and coverage strategy. - Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams. - Support SAP master data creation, BOM management, and product launches. - Analyze sales data for growth opportunities and margin improvement. **Preferred Candidate Profile:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, Business Management, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management within Automotive/Aftermarket industry. - Strong understanding of NPI, Product Lifecycle Management, Pricing, and P&L. - Experience with SAP, Power BI, Database Management, and MS Office. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Perks & Benefits:** - Competitive compensation. - Career growth opportunities. - Global exposure. - Learning and development programs. - Collaborative work environment.
