Job description

About Tetriz Tetriz helps engineering orgs become AI-native, faster. Observability that turns AI blind spots into measured signals, coaching that improves how engineers direct AI, and governance that catches risk without surveillance. The role This is a six-month, full-time product marketing internship, based in our Bengaluru office. Most of our marketing already runs on AI agents. We have a content engine built on Claude (for SEO blogs, founder LinkedIn content, Reddit programs, YouTube scripts), outbound infrastructure on Apollo/HubSpot, and competitive intelligence workflows. You will not be shadowing this machine — you will be running parts of it. You own the content engine, and you support the rest of the marketing function alongside the team. If your instinct when given a repetitive task is "I should build a skill/workflow for this," you'll fit. If your instinct is to open a blank doc, this will frustrate you. What you'll own 1. Content engine • Run the SEO blog pipeline: briefs, drafts, editorial QA against our standards, publishing, and refresh cycles • Ship LinkedIn posts and company page content on a weekly calendar • Draft and iterate YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnail concepts; track what actually earns clicks • Keep website and landing page copy current, and flag what has gone stale 2. Outbound and growth ops • Help run the email and social outbound machine: list building, enrichment, sequence setup, deliverability hygiene • Pull weekly campaign performance into a simple report and call out what isn't working 3. Launch and channel presence • Support launch-week execution across relevant platforms • Help build our G2 and Capterra presence: profile setup, review-generation outreach, drafting responses • Monitor the communities where our buyers actually are, and surface what's worth engaging with 4. Lifecycle and customer marketing • Help draft the PLG email lifecycle: onboarding nurture for new signups and activation prompts • Assist on case studies — interview notes, first drafts, and capturing named customer quotes • Keep sales assets tidy and current: one-pagers, pitch deck updates, battlecards What we need • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, with 0–1 years of experience. A prior marketing internship, a blog or newsletter you run, or a side project you actually shipped all count. • AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor daily as a working tool, not a novelty. You can show us prompts, workflows, or agents you've built to do your own work faster. This is the single biggest filter — it matters more to us than your CV. • Strong writing skills. You'll be editing AI output for a technical US audience, so you need the judgment to catch what's generic, wrong, or off-brand. • Reliability. Outbound infrastructure fails quietly. We need someone who checks the dashboard before anyone asks. • Available full-time, in office in Bengaluru, for the full six months. Nice to have: exposure to Apollo.io, HubSpot or similar tools, basic SEO fundamentals, curiosity about the developer tools ecosystem, basic video or design editing (Canva, CapCut, Figma). What you'll get • A front-row seat to a US GTM launch, working directly with the founders • The most AI-leveraged marketing stack you'll find at any company this size — you'll build skills most marketers won't have for years • Real ownership from week one. No approval chains, no busywork • A monthly stipend, and a full-time offer on the table for interns who perform
