Product Operations Analyst

**About the Role:** We are hiring two Product Operations Analysts - one each for our Bhiwandi and Bangalore factories. You will be the first point of contact for all tech-related issues raised by the warehouse and factory ops team. This is a full-time, factory-floor role - You will be physically present at the facility, working alongside ground ops daily. **What You'll Do** ● Act as the first POC for any system or tech-related issues raised by the warehouse and factory ops team ● Log, triage, and attempt first-level resolution of issues before escalating ● Liaise with the warehouse and factory ops team on a daily basis to proactively catch and flag issues before they escalate ● Track open issues, follow up on resolutions, and close the loop with the ground team ● Maintain daily issue logs and summary ● Support UAT and rollout of system changes at the factory level by communicating changes to ops teams and ensuring adoption **What We're Looking For** ● 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain operations, or a tech support/operations analyst role in a logistics or D2C company ● Working knowledge of the end-to-end warehouse and factory workflow - inventory management, GRN, put away, stock allocation, picklist generation, manifesting, invoicing, label printing, e-way bill creation ● Familiarity with WMS tools (Unicommerce, Easyecom, or similar); ability to navigate system interfaces and identify where a process has broken ● Ability to read and interpret operational reports and flag anomalies ● Good communication skills
