Someone who can define product strategy, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful product outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and evolving the Building X Rules Application as part of Siemens Digital Buildings portfolio. **You'll Make a Difference By** * Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Building X Rules Application, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. * Owning, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog by balancing customer requirements, business priorities, technical enablers, and quality improvements. * Translating market insights, customer needs, and domain expert feedback into well-defined product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Collaborating closely with Product Management, Architects, Development Teams, Domain Experts, and regional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations. * Driving release planning and feature prioritization to maximize customer value and business impact. * Reviewing and accepting delivered functionality, ensuring product increments meet defined requirements and quality expectations. * Ensuring the Rules Application remains intuitive, scalable, reliable, and effectively adopted by domain experts and facility managers. * Monitoring product performance, customer feedback, and usage analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Supporting alignment with the broader Building X, Fault Detection \& Diagnostics (FDD), and Digital Buildings software portfolio strategy. * Leveraging AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and product management effectiveness. **You'll Win Us Over By** * Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Building Automation, or a related field. * Bringing proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within software product development environments. * Demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and backlog management processes. * Having experience defining product roadmaps, writing user stories, and managing product requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. * Possessing strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse cross-functional teams. * Showing a customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into practical product solutions. * Demonstrating excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. * Having experience working with product management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. * Understanding cloud-based software applications, SaaS delivery models, and modern software architectures. * Exhibiting strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. * Being a self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced global environment. **Nice To Have** * Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, Smart Buildings, Energy Management, or IoT-based solutions. * Familiarity with Building X, Digital Buildings, or Fault Detection \& Diagnostics (FDD) solutions. * Understanding of facility operations, building performance optimization, and sustainability initiatives. * Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and customer adoption strategies. * Experience working in global product organizations and geographically distributed teams. * Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent Agile certifications. **We'll Support You With** * A collaborative and innovation-driven work environment. * Opportunities to shape next-generation digital building solutions. * Continuous learning and professional development programs. * Exposure to global teams, customers, and cutting-edge technologies. * An inclusive culture that values diversity, innovation, and growth. **Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!** This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Siemens digital transformation journey by shaping innovative Building X applications that drive smarter, more sustainable buildings worldwide.
