**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create product roadmaps to meet business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback from stakeholders and develop solutions that meet their needs. - Analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of products. - Lead Consulting design and implementation for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives. - Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert consulting on Consulting best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. - Mentor junior Consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. **Job Requirements :** - 10-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis, data analysis, and business requirements. - Proven track record in defining product strategies and managing projects from concept to delivery.
