Job Description: The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, architects, and development teams to deliver innovative analytics products that drive business value and enhance decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** **Product Strategy & Ownership** - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and AI initiatives. - Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories. - Prioritize features, enhancements, and backlog items based on business value and strategic goals. - Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and adoption. - Establish success metrics and monitor product performance against business outcomes. **Responsibilities: Analytics & AI Leadership** - Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to solve business challenges. - Collaborate with data science teams to develop predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI solutions. - Ensure analytical products deliver actionable insights and measurable business impact. - Promote adoption of AI and data-driven decision-making across the organization. **Data & Technology Collaboration** - Partner with data engineering teams to define data requirements, pipelines, governance, and quality standards. - Work closely with architects and technology teams to ensure scalable and reliable analytics platforms. - Understand and communicate dependencies across data, analytics, and application ecosystems. - Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. **Stakeholder Management** - Engage with business leaders, operational teams, and executives to gather requirements and communicate product progress. - Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations. - Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams. - Drive consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities. **Agile Delivery** - Own and manage the product backlog. - Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality. - Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering 5-8 years
