Product Planner

Job description

**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support Product Manager in day-to-day activities related to Product Management Regular interface with other Department such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, Marketing Support preparation and completion of templates for SAP system updates - Responsibility of monitoring New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including creating, progressing and completing NPI projects in timely and high-quality way - Acquisition and provision to data analyst of all necessary technical/application data for NPIs - Analysis and proposed response to Tec Doc gap analyses provided by data analyst - Ongoing support for Sales for queries on product specification, range, NPI status etc - Key support role in catalogue production process particularly in data provision, data checking and page proofing - Preparation of sales analyses to support product and marketing strategy development - Support for warranty, technical service and training departments in terms of product information and technical assistance **JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:** - English plus at least one other European language - Excellent computer skills with thorough knowledge of MS Office and Access - Good written and oral communication skills - Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently **EDUCATION:** - Minimum/Essential: Bachelor’s degree - Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Engineering **EXPERIENCE:** - Minimum/Essential: basic product management (or similar related) experience - Desirable: experience in product planning, or experience in a variety of roles from data / business or project management. Experience in automotive is preferred, but not essential.
