Officer - Product - Retention- FC \& LOD - Housing - Bengaluru - Krishna Tower (TCHFL) - JM Core Responsibilities: o Make calls to the customers who comes for foreclosure of existing loan or transfer the loan. o Explain customers about new products and benefits o Pitch for new business while making retention call o Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives o Respond to customer queries and address complaints in timely manner Provide Excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
