**Greetings from TCS!!!** **Role: Product Subject Matter Expert/Product Specialist** **Location: Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Chennai/Kochi** **Required Technical Skill Set** Experience in Custody bank operations/Custody platforms offering Security services. **Must Have:** 1. In depth expertise in the Indian custody domain, with strong hands on experience across settlement, safekeeping and asset servicing operations. 2. Proven expertise in a) Functional design of custody solutions covering Equity and Fixed Income markets in India b) Translate Indian market and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs c) Design STP enabled clearing and settlement workflows for: NSE / BSE Equity and Debt segments T+1 and T+0 settlement cycles d) Exposure to support multiple client segments such as Domestic institutional investors, FPIs / FVCIs, Global custodians etc. e) Experience in handling Government Securities settlement via NDS OM and CCIL f) Support corporate bond settlement via CBRICS, including trade matching and confirmation g) Define automated processing for corporate actions (dividends, bonus, rights, IPO benefits), including tax withholding h) functional design of Reg Tech and reporting solutions for: i. SEBI, RBI, NSDL/CDSL (FDI / FPI limits and other regulatory reporting requirements) regulatory submissions & annexures. ii. Design and monitor investment and regulatory limits, such as FOL / SAST, VRR, DLM and global utilization limits, Capital market exposure and irreversible payment commitment (IPC) risk metrics. i) Architect integrations with: NSDL / CDSL CCIL / NDS SWIFT (MT / MX) for global client communication 3. Ability to work as SME to gather/analyze requirements and create Functional Solution documents on a proactive basis or as part of Implementations. 4. Work with the Product Engineering and Testing teams to validate the solutions developed. 5. Good communication skills and willingness to travel **Role descriptions:** 1.
