A project engineer capable to engineer, design, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned multiple engineering projects. And whose responsibility lies in delivery and execution of project complying to quality, cost, schedule. **Responsibilities / Tasks** - **Primary tasks include:** - Drive product standardization initiatives to improve design consistency, increase component reuse, and reduce engineering complexity across the product portfolio (CREO). - Develop, review, and approve 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). - Create and maintain standard parts, design libraries, templates, and engineering guidelines to support efficient and standardized product development. - Perform detail engineering activities while ensuring compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and industry codes. - Drive design optimization, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and project engineering, to resolve technical issues and deliver optimized engineering solutions. - Review and validate engineering documentation, Coordinate designers and quality checkers to ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with engineering guidelines. - Ensure all engineering deliverables meet project timelines, quality objectives, and organizational standards while supporting business and customer requirements. - Continually search for new ways to meet or exceeded expectation to create value to stakeholder - Proposes value addition solution and in constant seek out diverse thinking to maximize use of stakeholder’s experience, background, and perspective. - Co-ordination with other team members to understand assigned work and plan for delivery - Collaborate and co-ordinate with internal global colleagues. - Managing communication with Global stakeholders in different time zones as and when required. Create, maintain, and build relationship with internal stakeholder. - SAP alignment for designs - Equipment matrix development/tracking for faster execution - Implementation of localization parts in design engineering - Liaising with supply chain and production for parts code management **Secondary tasks include:** - Contribute and support design projects of Pharma technology products - Create 3D models and 2D drawings with BOM as per project requirement - Co-ordinate with Design and projects team. **Your Profile / Qualifications** - You hold Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering and minimum 4-8 years of experience in your respective field. - 4-8 years of experience working with Creo - Strong expertise in product standardization, modular product development, and engineering best practices. - Advanced proficiency in Creo, including part modeling, large assemblies, sheet metal, weldments, and manufacturing drawing creation. Experience with PDM/PLM systems. - Solid understanding of detail engineering, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs). - Knowledge of value engineering principles to deliver cost-effective and manufacturable designs. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality engineering solutions within project timelines - Good knowledge in Parametric and Skeleton modelling. - Self-driven, learn continuously, extract learning from experience, share and help team - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Must have Good English skill – Verbal and written - Takes on tough challenges with sense of ownership.
