**Banking Domain or Payment domain Exposure is Mandatory** **Skills Required:** - Unix Shell Scripting - Oracle - Splunk Queries - Kubernetes - CI/CD Pipelines **Nice to have:** - Payments Domain Knowledge - Java - Control M / Any Scheduling Tool - App Dynamics **Roles & Responsibilities:** - To handle 2 critical tier-0 payment services on their support, incident, user queries - Perform all the production changes including preparation, representation in CAB and implementing them on production - Practical experience working within Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes and associated procedures. - Experience operating in high-frequency change environments, including the adoption, engineering, and execution of automated CI/CD pipelines. - Solid understanding of Unix fundamentals and shell scripting for automation, diagnostics, and operational support. - Demonstrated capability in production incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and implementing effective fixes to restore service. - Skilled in maintaining production system health,monitoring stability, and proactively addressing risks to service availability. - Comfortable working in Agile/DevOps environments,supporting continuous delivery while maintaining production stability. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to contribute effectively during production/crisis calls and provide clear technical updates. - Customer-focused mindset, translating customer needs into reliable support outcomes and consistently delivering high-quality service.
