Job description

**Job Role: Application/production Support** **Location:   Bangalore** **Type:   Fulltime/Permanent** **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor production applications and infrastructure hosted on AWS - Manage and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and outages - Provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-based applications - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures - Support Akamai CDN configurations, IP ranges, caching, application properties and content delivery issues. - Handle aws deployments, releases, and environment validations - Work closely with DevOps, network, and application teams - Ensure adherence to SLAs, uptime, and performance targets - Maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and process. **Experience:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Application Support - Minimum 2 years working with AWS or Akamai
