Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. - Plan and coordinate assembly processes to optimize productivity and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. - Monitor production performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPIs. **Job Requirements :** - 7-16 years of experience in assembly planning, production management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of assembly line operations, including planning, coordination, and control. - Proven track record in improving productivity, reducing costs, or increasing customer satisfaction through process improvements.
