Join us as a Production Management Manager • Build your career in a highly strategic role and help us shape the future of our business and the technical platforms on which it depends • We’ll look to you to play a key role in leading and managing the production management for an area or product to ensure availability for business use • You’ll be making sure that platform integrity is maintained in line with the platform and technical roadmap releases, while managing demand from discretionary and mandatory change requests • We're offering this role at vice president level What you'll do As a Production Management Manager, you’ll be empowering and leading a team to make sure levels of service and quality of deliverable meet the needs of the business. You’ll be driving continuous improvements of existing processes and procedures across production management disciplines. In addition, you’ll be collaborating with and influencing colleagues and stakeholders across the bank and third party suppliers on the applications under management, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions which support the business and are in line with the overall policies. You’ll also be: • Managing in-bound work requests and ensuring both efficient and effective prioritisation and scheduling of work against agreed business schedules • Building a satisfied customer base by managing relationships with all business and technology stakeholders through prompt and effective communication and reporting • Making sure applications and infrastructure are fully compliant to mandated standards by adhering to processes and security compliance • Making sure resilient and robust applications and infrastructure recovery plans meet the business recovery • Making sure controls are applied and constantly reviewed, primarily against SOX controls to ensure full compliance to all policies and regulatory obligations The skills you'll need We’re looking for someone with a technical understanding, including platform, technology, products and domains. You’ll additionally need knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to drive up customer service within an IT environment. You’ll also demonstrate: • Extensive experience of 12-15 years in application and production support within enterprise or banking environment • Proven expertise in AWS infrastructure and services, including but not limited to EC2, ELB, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena, Kafka, Kubernetes, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation • Strong hands-on experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Application Support aligned to ITIL processes and methodologies. • Proficient in agile working methods and tools • Advanced knowledge of one or more service management disciplines such as incident, problem, change IT, continuity or capacity • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrable skills in troubleshooting, incident triaging, log analysis, and ensuring platform stability. • Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Adobe Analytics, Kibana, Nagios, and Splunk Welcome to our Bangalore hub Located at Taurus 4, Bagmane Constellation Business Park, our new office stands as a state-of-the-art hub for innovation and collaboration.
