**Position: Manager / Senior Manager** **Department: SCM / Reporting SCM Head** **Location: Vemula, Mahbubnagar** **Joining: immediate/ max 30 days** **Roles & Responsibilities:** **Production planning, S&OP, Demand planning,** • Lead a team of supply chain planning professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Oversee the demand forecasting process to ensure accurate and timely demand plans, collaborating closely with regional SCM team, commercial, operations, and finance teams. • Drive end-to-end supply chain optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of supply chain activities. • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to balance working capital requirements while meeting customer demand and service level agreements. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, proactively implementing contingency plans to address potential disruptions or delays. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to optimize supply chain processes. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the biologics supply chain, ensuring compliance and driving supply chain. **Desired Candidate Profile:** • Streamlining systems and procedures for FG dispatches. • Batch wise stock to be maintained against receipt of MCNs. • Transportation & Import-Export All Locations India. • Selection of Transporters or CHAs with coordination of Purchase team. • Primary Freight & CHA Contracts with coordination of Purchase team. • Export Process. • Planning & Dispatch of Finished Materials, organizing and controlling all requisite activities to perform such as negotiation, recommendation, ordering, comparatives, inspection, expediting & tracking, reporting, logistic and delivery, payment processing, etc. • Assessing the performance of the Transporter and CHAs based on various criterions such as no Logistics Complains, timely delivery, credit terms, etc. Overseeing follow-up with. Transporters for Finished Material deliverables, timely deliveries. • Involved in releasing debit notes to the Transporters for rejected & damaged items. • Insurance Claims logging. • Assisting Manager Outbound, in negotiating and contracting requirement on a timely manner with coordination of Purchase team.
