We are hiring for **Production Supervisor Testing Operations** with **Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Navi Mumbai**, across **FAT and FRT operations**. **Production Supervisor FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)** • **Location:** Navi Mumbai • **Experience:** 48 years • **Qualification:** Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering • Experience in **electrical panels, switchgear or power distribution testing** • Hands-on experience in **FAT activities and testing procedures** • Knowledge of **LV/MV systems and electrical testing equipment** • Exposure to **EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA & 5S** • Strong troubleshooting, team handling and documentation skills • Responsible for supervising testing activities, allocating work and ensuring timely execution **Production Supervisor – FRT (Factory Routine Testing)** • **Location:** Navi Mumbai • **Experience:** 5–8 years • **Qualification:** Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering • Experience in **electrical panel, switchgear or power distribution testing** • Hands-on experience in **FRT activities and routine testing** • Knowledge of **LV/MV systems and testing equipment** • Exposure to **EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA & 5S** • Strong leadership, troubleshooting and documentation skills • Responsible for supervising daily FRT activities, team allocation and testing output If you are interested in exploring an opportunity with **Siemens** and your profile matches either of the above roles, please share your **updated CV** for consideration.
